What are the benefits of a Corporate Membership?

  1. It simplifies billing - rather than receiving separate dues invoices for all individuals who are members from a company, the company will receive one invoice.
  2. Benefits for entire company - you can assign an unlimited number of Individual Memberships for employees from your company.
  3. Advertising - all Corporate Members will receive the following:
    • Company Profile on TCC Website – Includes logo, short bio about company & link to website
    • Company Logo on TCC Website Homepage – Logo included in scrolling banner
    • Recognition in Newsletter “The Waybill” – Logo included in Corporate Membership section
    • Company Spotlight in Newsletter “The Waybill” – An article dedicated to your company in 1 issue of The Waybill per year of active membership
    • Company Spotlight on TCC Social Media Pages – One Company Spotlight posted to all TCC’s Social Media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter & Instagram)
    • Opportunity to be a guest on the TCC Podcast, "Traffic Jam" – One ~30-minute episode promoted to all TCC members & contacts.
    • Recognition at Traffic Club Events – Company recognized on sign near the registration desk
    • Job Board Access - Attract qualified talent by promoting your open positions in the Members Only Info Hub
    • Meet-Up Bulletin - Promote events and meet-up opportunities hosted by your company via the Members Only Meet-Up Bulletin in the Info Hub
    • Host a TCC Board Meeting - Host a Board Meeting for the Traffic Club of Chicago Board Directors, join the conversation with the leadership team, and opportunity to share a short presentation with the Board
    • Joint Events - Host a joint event with the Traffic Club of Chicago and boost your visibility with our Members

How much does a Corporate Membership cost?

Corporate Membership price is based on the number of employees at a company. Pricing is per year. The tiers are as follows:

Number of Employees Yearly Cost
1-20 employees: $750
21-50 employees: $1,000
51-100 employees: $2,000
101-500 employees: $3,000
501-1500 employees: $4,000
1500+ employees: $5,000
