Note: If you would like a name badge printed for you and your guests at the Annual Dinner, you must inform staff of all names & companies by May 5th. Although registrations will be accepted after this date, name badges will not be created for those registered after May 5th.

Tee times are given on a first come first serve basis.

Club Rentals
If you will be renting golf clubs for the Annual Dinner Golf Outing, we recommend reserving a set before-hand by calling the Cog Hill Pro Shop at (630) 257-5872 ext. 318.

Rain Policy
The Annual Dinner Golf Outing will take place rain or shine. If the course becomes unplayable due to severe weather, rain checks will be issued upon request.

Hotel Information

The room block TCC reserved at the Sheraton Grand Chicago is now sold out.

TCC was able to secure a limited number of additional rooms at the Sheraton, but they are on the Club Level. The rate for these rooms is $289 per night.

You can make your reservations over the phone by calling 888-627-7106. Indicate that you are with the Traffic Club of Chicago to receive the room rate of $289 from 5/23/17 - 5/24/17.

The cut off date for reserving rooms in the room block is 5:00PM CST on May 3rd, 2017.
