Capitalism is the economic driver of business and in business to business organizations communication, technology and relationships are the mix in the mortar that secures the foundation where building blocks of Truth, Trust, Integrity, Vision and Values are linked.
For business to work well, for organic growth to happen, for business to succeed – an integrated marketing, sales and communications strategy is imperative. Then it is the tactical execution of delivering on that system that gets, keeps and grows customers. It’s all about developing, retaining and building the company’s top line. It’s about revenue generation. It’s about collaboration internally and externally – connecting people with people for the benefit of each other, their companies, their customers and the communities that they serve.
When Business Development is optimized the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Business Development is not about “Me.” Business Development is all about “We” and how “Together” we are better, stronger, more productive and more successful. When we collaborate success is eminent and achievement can be measured. Business is an interaction between at least two people and people interact through Relationships. There it is…the “R” word “Relationships.” When Relationships, Communication and Technology are integrated with a “Desire to Serve” you create the formula for “Business Success.”
