With nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, Mr. Orsuga is as niche specific as it comes with a focus in 3 areas: Asset Based, 3PL & Brokerage.
Brent will be speaking about the tight labor market, and what it takes to get talent in your door in 2019. At the same time, getting them started is only one aspect of things. The key question is how do you keep them? How do you keep your employees engaged and committed? How important is culture and how is this created? Your one competive advantage is your people, this talk will highlight what it takes to get the best players playing for your team.
This luncheon will also be host to the 2019 TCC Scholarship Awards presentation.

Pinnacle Growth Advisors
With nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, Mr. Orsuga has solely focused on the freight industry since 2010. Throughout his career he has been very successful in a number of roles such as hiring, sales training and sales management. He started Pinnacle Growth Advisors in 2014, and his prime objective is to bring freight and logistics personnel and employers together. While working in the industry, Brent noticed that the inability for companies to find top tier talent was inhibiting their growth. Thus, Pinnacle Growth Advisors was born.
